2. Unsatisfactory Delivery: Eligible if the delivered project significantly deviates from the agreed specifications. Clients must provide detailed reasons for dissatisfaction within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to rectify the issue before proceeding with a refund.
3. Cancellation by Client: Full refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order. If cancellation occurs after project initiation, a partial refund will be calculated based on the completed work.

Process for Requesting a Return/Refund

Clients should submit a refund request via email to [email protected] with detailed reasons for the request and any relevant documentation. Our team will review the request and respond within 5-8 business days.

Conditions and Limitations

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days of approval. Refunds or cancellations will not be entertained for services delivered as per the agreed specifications but subject to the client's personal preferences or changes in requirements post-agreement.

Special Considerations

For projects impacted by external factors beyond the control of both Technobits Digital and the client, such as changes in regulatory policies affecting the project, we will work with clients to find a mutually acceptable solution.
